Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Player", "User") and PKR Salot ("we", "us", "the platform"). Using PKR Salot in any capacity – browsing, registering, depositing, betting, or withdrawing – means you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PKR Salot. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and PKR Salot.
2. Eligibility
To register and use PKR Salot, you must meet all of the following conditions:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. PKR Salot does not permit access to minors under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
- You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Age Verification: PKR Salot takes underage gambling extremely seriously. If we have reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended pending verification. Any winnings accumulated during this period will be forfeited.
3. Your Account
3.1 Registration
Each person may hold only one account at PKR Salot. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method, or the same device – is strictly prohibited and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed. Any balances held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information discovered at any stage will result in immediate account closure without prior notice.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. PKR Salot will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately at support@pkrsalot.app.
Any activity conducted through your account, whether by you or by someone with access to your credentials, is your responsibility. PKR Salot cannot be held liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials caused by your own negligence.
3.3 Account Verification (KYC)
PKR Salot operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to comply with anti-money laundering requirements and to protect all players. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or payment method verification at any time. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposits
All transactions on PKR Salot are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name; third-party deposits are not accepted.
PKR Salot does not charge a fee for deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges. Any such fees are your responsibility.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All pending withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. We reserve the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is done to protect all players and the integrity of the platform.
4.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first contacting PKR Salot support constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any account found to have initiated an unjustified chargeback will be immediately suspended and the matter referred to our fraud team.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers available on PKR Salot are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise:
- Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
- Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value until wagering requirements are met.

In the unlikely event of a technical fault, software error, or disconnection during a game round, PKR Salot will resolve the matter in the fairest possible manner based on available data. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Winnings that arise from a demonstrably erroneous game outcome may be voided.
Bets placed using funds that were mistakenly credited due to a platform error do not constitute valid bets. PKR Salot reserves the right to recover any winnings arising from such errors.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKR Salot and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform in any way
- Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or manipulate any part of the PKR Salot platform
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
- Using the platform to launder money or engage in any financially fraudulent activity
- Opening accounts on behalf of another person or allowing a third party to use your account
- Providing false identity information at any stage
- Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or inside information abuse in sports betting
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing PKR Salot staff or other players

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR Salot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failure or service interruption
- Financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions
- Unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence
- Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers
Our total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
